What constitutes physical domestic violence?

There are many kinds of physical domestic violence. Below are a few of the various forms this abuse might take:

  • Sexual assault

  • Intentionally causing harm or bodily injury

  • Engaging in any of the following behaviors: battering, harassing, molesting, attacking, stalking, threatening, destroying personal property, etc.
